Doha:The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index opened Thursday's trading session with a decline of 24.94 points, or 0.27%, starting at 9,184. This drop was influenced by losses across all sectors.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Real Estate sector experienced the most significant decrease, falling by 0.71%. Following this, the Industrials sector dropped by 0.52%, Consumer Goods and Services by 0.34%, Insurance by 0.16%, Transportation by 0.13%, Telecoms by 0.08%, and Banking and Financial Services by 0.07%.
By 1000 am, the total trading volume on the QSE reached QR 38.552 million, with 22.466 million shares exchanged in 2,226 transactions.
