Qatar Real Estate Market Sees Over QR508 Million in Weekly Transactions

Doha:Qatar Real estate transactions in Qatar reached a total volume of over QR508 million during the week of September 27 to October 1.

According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin from the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice reported that the trading volume from registered sale contracts was QR464,182,516. Sales contracts for residential units accounted for QR44,086,614 of the total, contributing to the overall trading volume of QR508.269 million.

The transactions included various types of properties such as vacant land, houses, residential and commercial buildings, administrative buildings, shops, and residential units. The majority of sales activity occurred in municipalities including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Umm Slal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al Sheehaniya, as well as areas like Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Kharayej, Legtaifiya, Al Gharrafa, and Al Sakhama.

In comparison, the previous week's real estate trading volume, for the period from September 20 to 24, exceeded QR583 million.
