Hanoi:The weather inshore tonight until 600 am on Friday is expected to be cloudy at times, with hazy to misty conditions developing later, as reported by the Department of Meteorology.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will also be hazy at times. The wind inshore will primarily be from the northeast to northwest at speeds of 05 to 15 knots, becoming variable later. Offshore, winds will range from northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds of 03 to 12 knots.
The sea state is predicted to be between 1 to 2 feet inshore and 1 to 3 feet offshore. Visibility inshore is expected to range from 4 to 9 kilometers, dropping to 3 kilometers in some areas later, while offshore visibility will remain between 4 to 9 kilometers.
