Manama:Visit Qatar has been recognized with a prestigious GCC-level award for its commitment to workforce nationalization in the tourism sector.
According to Qatar News Agency, the award was presented to Visit Qatar's Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Abdulaziz Ali Al Mawlawi, by Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa. The ceremony took place during the 12th meeting of the GCC Committee of Ministers of Labor in Manama, Bahrain.
Visit Qatar issued a statement emphasizing its focus on attracting, developing, and retaining Qatari professionals. The organization aims to create opportunities for national talent to enhance the visitor experience and contribute to the growth of the tourism sector.
