Madrid: Real Madrid officially announced today the signing of Dutch defender Denzel Dumfries from Inter Milan for the next four seasons, until June 30, 2030.

According to Qatar News Agency, the club stated that Dumfries, the right-back, will join the team next week after his country's team was eliminated from the 2026 World Cup.

Dumfries previously played for Dutch side PSV Eindhoven before transferring to Inter Milan. During his tenure at Inter Milan, he won the league title twice in 2024 and 2026, and finished as runner-up in the Champions League twice in 2023 and 2025.
