Bangkok:HE Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met with HE Minister of Finance of the Syrian Arab Republic Mohammad Yisr Barnieh during the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group in Bangkok, Thailand.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on a variety of financial and economic topics. The ministers also discussed recent developments in the regional and international landscape and the challenges arising from these changes.
