Gaza City: Three Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a school housing displaced persons in northern Gaza on Saturday, medical sources said. Moreover, several others were also injured due to an Israeli drone opening fire on a group of people, east of the Tuffah Quarter, northeast of Gaza City.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that over the past 24 hours, the Strip’s hospitals received 21 martyrs and 64 injured. The death toll resulting from the Israeli occupation’s ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 50,933 martyrs, while the number of those injured surged to 116,450.
The ministry added that those killed and injured since the resumption of the Israeli aggression on March 18, following a two-month-long ceasefire interval, has risen to 1,563 martyrs and 4,004 injured.
