New Delhi:The State of Qatar and the Republic of India have conducted their sixth round of political consultations, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation and strengthening their diplomatic ties.
According to Qatar News Agency, the talks were co-chaired by Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, Secretary-General of Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Sripriya Ranganathan, Secretary for Consular, Passport and Visa, and Overseas Indian Affairs at India's Ministry of External Affairs.
The discussions involved reviewing the current cooperation between the two nations and exploring methods to further develop their bilateral relations. The meeting was attended by Mohammed bin Hassan Al Jaber, Qatar's Ambassador to India, and Al Johara Fakhro, Director of the Asian Affairs Department at Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with other officials.
These consultations are part of the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Qatar and India, which maintain relations across various areas of mutual interest.
