Doha: HE Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani met during his visit to France with HE Director General of the National Gendarmerie of the French Republic Gen. Hubert Bonneau. The meeting focused on enhancing and expanding security cooperation between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions centered on sharing expertise, security training, and coordination efforts to strengthen the longstanding partnership between Lekhwiya and the French National Gendarmerie. This collaboration has been ongoing for over 20 years, highlighting a commitment to mutual security interests.
