According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani also sent his condolences to President Macron, expressing sympathy for the loss of the former French leader. Additionally, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani conveyed a cable of condolences to HE Prime Minister of the French Republic Sebastien Lecornu, marking the somber occasion.
