Munich: German police shot a knife-wielding man in the Munich suburb of Altenerding, without causing fatal injuries.

According to Qatar News Agency, an officer was forced to open fire after the suspect threatened them with a knife at a train station in Altenerding, resulting in a gunshot wound to the suspect’s thigh.

The suspect was taken to the hospital for treatment, and authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
