Doha: HE President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Felix Tshisekedi, arrived in Doha on Sunday to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development, hosted by the State of Qatar from 4 to 6 November. He was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by the HE Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, and HE Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Qatar, Valerie Lusamba Kabeya.

According to Qatar News Agency, the summit aims to address key issues surrounding global social development, bringing together leaders and experts from around the world to collaborate on sustainable solutions. The presence of President Tshisekedi underscores the importance of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s engagement in international dialogues on social advancement and development.
