Gaza strip: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,074, in addition to 173,537 injured.
According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported Thursday that the total number of casualties who arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals during the past 24 hours reached 4 bodies, including two who were recovered, in addition to 12 injured. They further stated that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews face challenges reaching them.
The sources indicated that the total number of victims since the ceasefire on Oct. 11 has reached 1,059, along with 3,429 injured, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 788 individuals. The ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli entity took effect on Oct. 11, following the withdrawal of the occupation army from sites and populated areas in the sector. This development marked the start of the return of displaced persons to the northern part of the sector, as part of the first phase of US President Donald Trump's initiative to end the war on Gaza.
