Doha: An ambulance helicopter crashed Monday southwestern Japan, killing three people, the country’s coast guard said. The patient and two other people lost their lives when the medical transport aircraft fell into the sea. The pilot and two other people were found in the waters clinging to lifesavers.

According to Qatar News Agency, the authorities said an investigation into the causes of the accident is currently underway.
