Abu Dhabi:Qatari officials and projects received recognition at a ceremony in Bahrain that celebrated notable figures and initiatives in civil service, development, and social affairs across GCC countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, the event was graced by the presence of several high-ranking Qatari officials, including HE President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al Khalifa, HE Minister of Labor Ali bin Samikh Al Marri, and HE Minister of Social Development and Family Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi.
HE President of the National Cyber Security Agency Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Farahid Al Malki was among the honorees, receiving the GCC Award in the civil service sector. This accolade recognized his contributions at both the national and Gulf levels.
GCC Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi remarked on the achievements of the honorees, highlighting them as examples of Gulf excellence that have helped improve government and private-sector workplaces and advance social and development initiatives. He emphasized that joint Gulf cooperation continues to make progress through coordinated efforts among GCC member states.
