Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Sunday issued Decree No. 122 of 2025, appointing HE Khalifa bin Issa bin Abdullah Al Kubaisi as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Family. The Decree is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
