Tunisian President and Algerian Prime Minister Discuss Stronger Bilateral Cooperation

Tunis: Tunisian President Kais Saied met on Thursday with Algeria’s Prime Minister Si¬Ghrieb, who is visiting Tunis for the meetings of the joint high commission between the two countries. President Saied highlighted the continuous coordination between Tunisia and Algeria aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and deepening the close ties between the two peoples. He said both countries will keep working to enhance partnership and mutual investment, noting what he described as strong alignment in their positions on regional and international issues of common concern.

According to Qatar News Agency, Ghrieb praised the deep historical ties linking the neighbours and said their leaderships are committed to raising cooperation to the level of an integrated strategic partnership.
