Saudi Arabia, Somalia Sign Security Cooperation Agreement

Riyadh, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Somalia have signed an agreement aimed at security cooperation between the governments of the two countries in Riyadh.

The agreement was signed for the Saudi side by Deputy Minister of Interior Nasser bin Abdul Aziz Al Dawood and for the Somali side by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Abshir Omar Jama, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

A Somali delegation led by President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud visited Riyadh to participate in the Saudi-African summit and the joint Arab-Islamic extraordinary summit which discussed the dangerous developments in the Gaza Strip.
