Offshore, it will see scattered clouds at times, the report added.

Wind inshore will be mainly southwesterly 7 knot at first, becomes northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 20 at daytime.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 5 to 15 knot.

Visibility will be 05 to 10 kilometers inshore, and 04 to 08 kilometers offshore.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore will be 2 to 4 feet.
