Al Raya newspaper specifically affirmed Qatar's continuous expansion in the global energy sector by increasing production and enhancing its liquefied natural gas (LNG) capacity. The newspaper reported that QatarEnergy, in partnership with Brazil's Petrobras, acquired interests in exploration and production rights in seven offshore blocks in Brazil.
