Doha:Officials including HE Minister of Municipality, Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, and HE Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces, Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, visited the National Command Center (NCC). The visits were part of the "Watan 2026" exercise.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE President of the National Cyber Security Agency, Eng. Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Farahid Al Malki, and Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, HE Sheikh Naif bin Faleh Al-Thani, also participated in the review of the national response system.
The exercise involved assessing the procedures and mechanisms in place to handle various scenarios simulated as part of the "Watan 2026" exercise. The officials evaluated the readiness of the response system during their separate visits to the NCC.
