Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 experienced an increase on Wednesday, closing at 6,223.77 points. This marks a rise of 45.7 points or 0.74 percent compared to the previous closing level, which was 6,178.11 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day reached OMR 44,977,369, showing a significant rise of 63.3 percent when compared to the last session's trading value of OMR 27,540,979. The market value also witnessed an increase of 0.379 percent, reaching approximately OMR 33.25 billion, as reported by the Muscat Stock Exchange.
