Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Thursday at 4,855.52 points, up by 5.8 points or 0.12 percent, compared to the previous close, which stood at 4,849.71 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value today stood at OMR 20,921,057, representing a decrease of 17.2 percent compared to the last session, which had a trading value of OMR 25,273,599. The market value increased by 0.051 percent to reach approximately OMR 29.42 billion, as reported in a release by MSX.
