Al Sadd:Qatar The Qatar Sports for All Federation (QSFA) has announced a men's padel tournament set for November 8-10 at the Platinum Padel courts in Al Sadd Sports Club. The competition is open to players aged 16 and above.
According to Qatar News Agency, the event is part of the QSFA's efforts to increase community participation and encourage youth involvement in sports, capitalizing on the growing popularity of padel in Qatar.
Registration for the tournament is currently open through the QSFA mobile app, offering players a chance to compete and display their skills. Abdullah Al Dosari, QSFA Executive Director, emphasized the Federation's dedication to organizing sports competitions that attract young participants and noted the enthusiasm for previous editions as motivation to maintain high organizational standards.
The tournament aims to go beyond competition by promoting regular physical activity and identifying sporting talent. It is one of over 850 events and tournaments in the QSFA's annual calendar meant to foster a culture of sports and physical activity across various age groups in the community.
