Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Wednesday as the All Share Index gained 57.56 points to reach 8,907.60 points, an increase of 0.65 percent. As many as 173.2 million shares valued at KWD 53.9 million (roughly USD 164.3 million) were traded via 14,438 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 80.73 points to reach 8,302.39 points, up by 0.98 percent, through 77.8 million shares done via 6,620 transactions valued at KWD 17.3 million (roughly USD 52.7 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 54.78 points to reach 9,498.31 points, up by 0.58 percent, through 95.4 million shares done via 7,818 transactions valued at KWD 36.5 million (roughly USD 111.3 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index went up by 93.29 points to reach 8,688.80 points, up by 1.09 percent, through stock volume of 48.11 million shares done in 3,693 deals at a value of KWD 10.7 million (roughly USD 32.6 million).
