Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index gained 18.51 points to reach 8,791.86 points, an increase of 0.21 percent. As many as 1.176 billion shares valued at KWD 182.6 million (roughly USD 556.9 million) were traded via 44,597 transactions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 82.08 points to reach 8,418.51 points, up by 0.98 percent, through 1.002 billion shares done via 36,098 transactions valued at KWD 136.4 million (roughly USD 416 million).

The Premier Market Index gained 3.57 points to reach 9,319.39 points, up by 0.04 percent, through 174.2 million shares done via 8,499 transactions valued at KWD 46.19 million (roughly USD 140.8 million).

Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index went up by 181.93 points to reach 8,786.73 points, up by 2.11 percent, through stock volume of 735.3 million shares done in 24,652 deals at a value of KWD 109.6 million (roughly USD 334.2 million).
