Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received here today the newly appointed British Ambassador, Alastair Long.
The minister welcomed the envoy, hailing the distinguished ties and partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, especially in police work and criminal justice.
He highlighted the significance of reinforcing cooperation in exchanging expertise and building capabilities.
The Interior Minister hailed the security coordination between the two countries.
He wished the ambassador every success in carrying out his diplomatic duties.
