His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree (43) of 2023, appointing a president of the University of Bahrain (UoB), based on the nomination of the UoB Board of Trustees, and following the approval of the Cabinet.

Under the decree, Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari was appointed as UoB President for a four-year term.

UoB Board of Trustees Chairman shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes effect upon its issuance, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
