His Majesty Kin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree (83) of 2023, amending Article (I) of Decree (26) of 2021 on the reconstruction of the Ministry of Health, based on a proposal by the Health Minister, and following the approval of the Cabinet.
Under the decree, Clause (2) of item (Second) of Decree (26) of 2021 on the reconstruction of the Ministry of Health shall be abrogated.
The Minister of Health shall implement the provisions of this decree, which shall take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
