Ottawa, Three people were killed and two were critically injured in a shooting in Winnipeg, central Canada.
The incident occurred in the city of Winnipeg, the capital city of Manitoba in central Canada, Canadian police said in a news release, adding that police arrived at the scene and found five victims “with injuries consistent with being shot.” An adult male and an adult female were pronounced dead at the scene, it said. Three of the victims were taken to a hospital where one of them died later, while the other two remained in critical condition.
No arrests have been made, police said, and the homicide unit continues to investigate.
