Qatar Post (Q-Post) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) sealing a partnership that is set to further enhance the way two of the key organisations in the country are connected. The agreement was signed in the presence of Q-Post chief operations officer Hamad al-Fahida, deputy director (marketing and sales) Khalid al-Emadi and QCAA’s director of joint services Ali Hamad al-Kuwari. Under the new agreement, the QCAA will benefit from Q-Post’s services including Global Priority, Mumtaz Post EMS, Mail Room and Business Delivery as well as Digital Mail Room. Additionally, Q-Post will now provide its services to all organisations affiliated to the QCAA. Commenting on the new partnership, al-Fahida said, Q-Post is a national icon that has been connecting people and organisations in the country for generations. As we move further into a holistic modernisation of our services, it is important for us to join hands with key organisations so that we can continue to expand our footprint and serve a wider audience.
