A statement issued by the youth, which Ma’an received a copy of, said: ‘The Fatah Youth Movement sends the highest expressions of support, appreciation, and support to the students of American universities who are in solidarity with the Palestinian cause, and to the American academics who championed the values ??of freedom, justice, and equality, against injustice, racism, and occupation, and who responded to the call of true humanity in solidarity with The Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem, and in rejection of the ongoing genocidal war against the Palestinian people, especially in the Gaza Strip, and the terrorist attacks of settlers against Palestinian civilians in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.’
The youth added: ‘At a time when our Palestinian people everywhere are facing policies of discrimination an
d apartheid, and the war of occupation that has been going on for more than 75 years, this important, historic and unprecedented student movement comes to support the Palestinian cause, to put it on the right path once again on the path of humanity.’ Supporting the Palestinian right to self-determination, ending the Israeli occupation of its land, and establishing its Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.’
She continued, “In light of the greatness of this movement, the Fatah Youth Movement appreciates the clear and frank calls directed by the protesting students and academics to university administrations in the United States of America to stop investments in companies that support the Israeli occupation army and that provide it with economic and military capabilities and various capabilities for its continued occupation of the Palestinian territories and the war of genocide and massacres against Civilians, children and women in the Gaza Strip, preventing the realization of Palestinian rights.’

he Fatah Youth Movement condemned the attacks carried out against the protesting students and professors at American universities and the infringement on their right to express opinion and assembly, making false accusations against them under the scarecrow name of ‘anti-Semitism’, arresting a number of male and female students and dealing with them with excessive violence by police officers and opponents of this movement. Historically, it rejects all punitive measures and dismissal decisions taken against a number of male and female students and professors, in contravention of the democratic principles and values ??that the United States has raised as its slogan since its inception.
The Fatah youth affirmed their rejection of the American policy based on full partnership in the aggression against our people, by providing an air bridge of ammunition and weapons with which massacres are carried out against children, women and the defenseless, and by providing economic support through financial aid that is appr
oved successively, the latest of which was the aid package. Which was approved by the American Congress, and there is no need to mention the diplomatic cover provided by the American administration to continue the war of extermination, and to lift the veto in the face of all attempts by our people to extract their rights through the international system, as it is difficult to count the times in which the hand of American diplomacy raised the veto in He directed ceasefire and Palestinian rights projects, the latest of which was the abort of the international resolution recognizing the Palestinian state despite the approval of the majority of Security Council members.
The youth, its cadres at home and abroad, the student blocs and student councils in Palestinian universities, the youth and trade union institutions, and the masses of our people and its living forces, called for the continued escalation of the Palestinian student and youth movement and struggle in all universities and educational institutions, a
nd in all fields, local and international. Student and youth movements and organizations around the world to follow in the footsteps of American students and professors and the mass and popular movements and victory for humanity, through sit-ins and marches in support of the Palestinian right, and pressure on governments and various educational administrations to stop all forms of support for the Israeli occupation in the genocidal war against the Palestinian people, appreciating the expansion of the movements in Australia, Canada, the countries of Europe, and the Arab and Islamic world, until the rights of our people to freedom and independence are achieved, and the genocide against our Palestinian people is stopped.
