Kyiv: Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov revealed that his country is exploring ways to share battlefield data with its allies, describing the vast amount of stored information as one of Kyiv’s cards to strengthen its position as it negotiates for support from friendly nations.

According to Qatar News Agency, Fedorov, who heads Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, stated that the data Ukraine possesses is invaluable to any country, emphasizing that Ukraine is currently exercising extreme caution in sharing it. He highlighted the high demand for this data and mentioned that the government is in the process of formulating a policy to properly organize the sharing process.

Furthermore, Ukraine has extended an invitation to global defense companies to use the country as a testing ground for new weapons. Fedorov disclosed that they have received nearly a thousand requests, with 50 different products currently en route to Ukraine for testing.

In a bid to enhance its military capabilities, Ukraine is leveraging artificial intelligence to aid drones, particularly for long-range attacks deep inside Russian territory. Fedorov explained that computers are now capable of scanning detailed aerial reconnaissance and satellite images to identify targets, a task that would otherwise require countless hours of human labor.

Since the invasion on February 24, 2022, Ukraine has been engaged in daily battles against Russia, continually seeking innovative ways to strengthen its defense and secure international support.
