Doha: HE President of the Republic of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Doha on Tuesday to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. His visit marks a significant moment of respect and solidarity between the two nations during this time of mourning.

According to Qatar News Agency, His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were received upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani and HE Ambassador of the Republic of Turkiye to the State of Qatar Dr. Mustafa Goksu. The presence of these high-ranking officials underscores the importance of the relationship between Turkiye and Qatar, as well as the deep respect held for the late Father Amir.
