Together monitors the events in Hebron – the occupation allows cars to enter from the northern entrance “Ras al-Joura”

Hebron-Ma’an- The Israeli occupation forces allowed cars to enter from the northern entrance to Hebron, “Ras al-Joura”, a short while ago, and the occupation soldiers are conducting searches of the cars and their passengers.

The occupation forces closed the entrance this morning, after carrying out a shooting operation on an Israeli police car near the Taqmiya crossing west of Hebron, which led to the killing of 3 police officers.

The occupation forces closed all entrances to the city of Hebron with iron gates, cement blocks and dirt barriers, in addition to closing streets with Palestinian cars and confiscating car keys.

Eyewitnesses reported that a group of settlers gathered near the entrance to the town of Bani Naim, east of Hebron, and attacked Palestinian cars that were passing through the area. They attacked them with stones, and were removed by the occupation army.

The occupation forces also closed the road between the cities of Hebron and Dura near the southern fuel station in Sinjar, fired live b
ullets and tear gas canisters, and assaulted citizens.

The occupation forces are still isolating the western areas of the Hebron Governorate (Tarkumiya, Idhna and the western countryside of Dura), and are conducting searches for those they called the perpetrators of the shooting operation.

The mayor of Idhna, Dr. Jaber Al-Tamizi, stated that the occupation forces had turned the town into a closed military zone and prevented entry or exit from it.

The occupation forces also stormed the Wadi Al-Qaf Nature Reserve and began searching cars in the area, in addition to searching agricultural nurseries in the area, and closing the side roads with dirt barriers.

South of the city of Hebron, the occupation forces prevented citizens from crossing the Khirbet Qalqas junction towards the village or towards the city of Hebron, on foot.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces raided parts of the Abu Katila area in Hebron and conducted searches in some homes and fields in the area, in addition to searching fields and agricult
ural lands in the Bir Arka area, west of Hebron.
