The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets US National Security Advisor

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met today with HE US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation and the strategic partnership between the two sides, in addition to developments in Palestine.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of having the international community move swiftly to stop Israeli attacks on civilians in Gaza and Al Aqsa Mosque.

His Excellency reiterated the State of Qatar’s firm position on the fairness of the Palestinian cause and the rights of the Palestinian people, including their rights to practice their religion and establish an independent state based on the borders of 1967 with East Al Quds as its capital.
