Syria: Syria has vehemently condemned the Houthis' attempted drone attack on Makkah Al Mukarramah. It emphasized that any act threatening the security of this Holy Site or the safety of its worshipers, citizens, and residents is a serious violation of the sanctity of the Holy Places, which stirs the emotions of Muslims globally.

According to Qatar News Agency, a statement from Syria's Foreign Ministry was issued on Wednesday expressing Syria's solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in countering Houthi threats. The Ministry reiterated Syria's support for any measures taken by Saudi Arabia to ensure the security of the two Holy Mosques.

The statement also highlighted the necessity of respecting the religious significance of these Mosques. It called for protecting them from the repercussions of regional conflicts to preserve the sacred status of these holy sites.
