Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, accompanied several sponsors of Youth City 2030 programmes and toured its centres.
The sponsors were briefed on the objectives of Youth City 2030 which aims to provide training opportunities that Bahraini youth’s skills and talent.
The sponsors were also briefed on the Youth City 2030 centres, which are leadership and entrepreneurship, media and entertainment, arts and culture, science and technology, sports, and health.
Tawfiqi expressed appreciation to the sponsors of Youth City 2030 for their keenness to establish a partnership with the Ministry of Youth Affairs to support programmes and initiatives in Youth City 2030, which confirms the strategy of those companies and institutions and their active role in creating the ideal environment for Bahraini youth to gain more experience and continuous training to enter the labour market with full capacity.
The sponsors expressed their appreciation for the role played by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in supporting Bahraini youth to discover, refine, and highlight their talents in various fields, pointing to the importance of Youth City 2030 as one of the distinguished initiatives that simulate the future of youth and contribute to their training.
They stressed their keenness to support programmes and events that benefit youth.
