Hebron – Together – The Land Authority crews in the Hebron District Office have completed archiving the transactions ending from 1920 to 2024, as there are transactions that expired more than 100 years ago.
The Hebron District Office crews archived 15,000 transactions electronically, starting from 2/1/2024 until 5/30/2024. During the process, Ottoman, Turkish, English, Jordanian, and Palestinian transactions were archived.
The Land Authority Office in the city of Hebron had completed archiving 7,600 previous transactions, before February 2024, so that the total number of what was archived electronically was 22,600 completed transactions.
In the same context, the electronic archiving process continues in full swing in the rest of the Land Authority offices, as the archiving process has been completed in 11 out of 15 offices, and it is expected that archiving will be completed in all governorates within the next few weeks.
These efforts come within the “Real Estate Registration Project”, which comes within
the government’s direction for digital transformation, in order to save citizens time and effort, as well as to seek to reach the largest possible segment of them.
For his part, the Head of the Land Authority, Q.A. Alaa Al-Tamimi for the efforts of the Land Authority’s employees and cadres in this important national work.
The Land Authority attaches utmost importance to this issue, and harnesses all available capabilities to it, despite the difficult circumstances that the country is going through, as it is one of the most prominent strategic goals.
