Nablus:A 27-year-old Palestinian man was hospitalized with bruises and other injuries after being assaulted by settlers in the town of Osarin, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, as reported by the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), citing medical sources. This incident marked the second attack by settlers in the town on the same day, resulting in injuries to Palestinians.
According to Qatar News Agency, in Beit Imrin, north of Nablus, two Palestinians were injured after being mauled and pepper-sprayed by settlers and were subsequently hospitalized.
In a related incident, three Palestinians were treated by ambulance personnel after being wounded by occupation forces following their detention in the town of Asira Al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has documented an increase in settler rampages in the West Bank, noting over 1,600 attacks resulting in injuries or property damage between January and August 2026.
