The Political and Diplomatic Coordination Committee of Saudi-Omani Coordination Council held its first meeting in Riyadh on Tuesday under the chairmanship of the Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Saud bin Mohammed Al-Sati and Undersecretary of the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al-Harthy.
The committee extensively discussed various facets of the bilateral relations between the two nations with the aim of bolstering and expanding them, in addition to sharing perspectives on several regional and international issues of common concern.
The meeting comes within the framework of the preparation for holding the first meeting of the Saudi-Omani Coordination Council under the chairmanship of the ministers of foreign affairs of the two countries.
