Russia Declares Estonian Diplomat Persona Non Grata, Responding to Similar Estonian Measure

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced today the expulsion of an Estonian diplomat in Moscow, declaring him “persona non grata.” The measure was taken in response to a similar measure taken by the Estonian authorities.
