(QUL) ORGANIZES AN INDIVIDUAL INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

Qatar University Library (QUL) organized an individual introductory sessions to answer questions from those wishing to study in the United States of America. Melissa Deschamps, Regional Educational Advising Coordinator, Middle East and North Africa, Education USA, Hanadi Dumra, Educational Counsellor, US Embassy, Doha, Qatar, Aseel Al-Ugaili, Cultural Affairs Specialist, U.S. Embassy.

The questions of those interested were answered about how to find a suitable university to study in the United States of America and how to be accepted in those universities, in addition to the admission process and scholarship opportunities, besides many other topics.

This session is one of (QUL) efforts in sharing knowledge with all its users on various topics that are of interest to them. These workshops are consider as a tool that exposes the users to different paths related to education and to prepare them for their future career growth.

Qatar University Library (QUL) provides high quality information services to members of the QU Community, its local and international partners, and to all of Qatari society. QUL has extensive book collections in print and digital format. It subscribes to scholarly databases in all areas taught at Qatar University and provides trainings in general research techniques and information literacy.
