QRDI Council Concludes Corporate Innovation Leaders Program

The Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation (QRDI) Council has concluded its 8th Corporate Innovation Leaders Program (CILP), with the participation of a diverse group of corporate leaders, executives, strategists and innovators.

During the four-day program, participants engaged in a series of sessions designed to foster innovation and address challenges facing companies. The sessions included workshops on developing a growth mindset, overcoming institutional obstacles, and exploring innovation models. Exclusive workshops addressed innovation challenges, with a focus on identifying and prioritizing opportunities.

A panel discussion featuring insights from industry experts on “Building a Culture of Innovation” was a highlight on the third day of the training program, creating a positive and engaged atmosphere of interaction among participants. Attendees were inspired by successful innovators who shared their experiences and lessons learned from their journeys, providing valuable insights to motivate and
guide future endeavors.

In this regard, RDI Program Director at QRDI Council, Aysha Abdulhameed Al Mudahka, expressed her happiness with the completion of this event, which aimed to provide business leaders with the essential tools and strategies needed to enhance growth and innovation in companies, and with the increasing number of participants, which reached 236 participants who acquired the tools and expertise needed to lead innovation within their organizations. This not only enhances innovation within the country, but also contributes significantly to achieving Qatar National Vision 2030.
