HE Director of the Kyrgyz National News Agency (Kabar) Mederbek Shermetaliev told QNA that his country is very interested in the visit of HH the Amir as first state visit by an Arab leader to Kyrgyzstan because of the outcomes that are anticipated from this visit in boosting cooperation between the two countries which share numerous points of commonalities.
He pointed out that Kabar is interestingly following up on the visit through focusing on bilateral relations between the two countries, adding that the agency will disseminate all activities and events accompanying the visit, such as talks, signing of agreements and memorandums of understanding in six languages, namely Kyrgyz, Chinese, Russian, English, Arabic and Turkish.
Director of the Kabar stressed that the visit of HH the Amir is a landmark event and is highly crucial for Kyrgyz government and media that will give a strong impetus to implement agreements and memorandums of understanding signed between the two countries, including the media exchange agreement with QNA that was signed in 2014.
He stressed on the importance of promoting cooperation between the two countries to a level of distinguished relations. Subsequently the visit of HH the Amir will make a paradigm shift in this aspect where he will meet all concerned entities from the two sides to discuss this cooperation.
Director of the Kyrgyz National News Agency underscored that he is willing to promote media cooperation with the State of Qatar, especially QNA, adding that Kabar will submit a proposal through the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs to sign a new agreement in training field and benefit from QNA’s expertise, particularly in digital media.
