Doha: The State of Qatar has expressed strong condemnation of Iran's recent drone attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain, labeling the actions as a blatant violation of Bahrain's sovereignty and a breach of international law.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement released on Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the importance of protecting the region from the repercussions of such attacks. The statement called for a commitment to dialogue and diplomacy, urging all parties to work towards reducing tensions and building on existing agreements to enhance regional and international security and stability.

The ministry also reaffirmed Qatar's unwavering solidarity with Bahrain and pledged support for any measures that Bahrain might undertake to defend its sovereignty and security.
