Doha:The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed lower on Thursday, dropping by 63.17 points, or 0.69 percent, to settle at 9,151.18.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading volume reached 163,515,761 shares, with a total turnover of QR 440,320,090.241 through 31,268 transactions across various sectors.
The session saw the shares of 16 companies advance, while 32 others declined, and four companies maintained their previous closing prices. The market capitalization at the close stood at QR 556,034,987,010.118, down from QR 559,849,145,961.330 in the previous session.
