According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for various currencies have been updated. For the US Dollar (USD), rates start at 4.01524% for a 1-month deposit, gradually decreasing to 3.46296% for a 12-month deposit. The Japanese Yen (JPY) maintains a consistent rate of 0.40000% for the 1-month and 2-month deposits, slightly increasing to 0.75000% for a 12-month deposit. The Swiss Franc (CHF) shows negative rates, starting at -0.19000% for a 1-month deposit and improving slightly to -0.06000% for a 6-month and 12-month deposit. Meanwhile, the British Pound (GBP) begins at 4.01000% for a 1-month deposit and peaks at 4.05000% for a 12-month deposit.
For the Qatari Riyal (QAR), the rates start at 4.60000% for a 1-month deposit and decrease to 4.10000% for a 12-month term. The Saudi Riyal (SAR) offers a rate of 5.00000% for a 1-month deposit, with a notable increase to 5.55000% for a 12-month deposit. The United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) shows a progressive increase from 2.05000% for a 1-month deposit to 3.15000% for a 12-month deposit. The Bahraini Dinar (BHD) maintains a stable rate of 4.75000% for terms up to 6 months, dropping slightly to 4.25000% for a 12-month term.
