According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for USD, JPY, CHF, and GBP vary significantly. For USD deposits, the rates are stated as 4.35485 for 1 month, 4.33457 for 2 months, 4.31428 for 3 months, 4.20488 for 6 months, and 4.00344 for 12 months. The JPY rates start at 0.40000 for both 1 month and 2 months, with a slight decrease at 3 months to 0.30000, then rising to 0.45000 for 6 months, and further increasing to 0.55000 for a 12-month deposit. CHF rates indicate a negative trend, with -0.15000 for 1 month and fluctuating slightly thereafter. GBP deposits show a steady increase with rates reaching 4.09000 for a 12-month period.
For local and regional currencies, QAR deposit rates start at 4.85000 for 1 month and gradually decrease to 4.50000 for 12 months. SAR rates are slightly higher, beginning at 4.90000 and peaking at 5.10000 for both 3 and 6 months before slightly decreasing. AED rates start lower at 2.05000 for 1 month but see a significant increase by the 12-month mark at 3.15000. BHD rates begin at 5.37000 for 1 month and follow a similar trend, concluding at 5.12000 for 12 months.
