Qatar Joins Global Efforts at Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Poland

Gdansk: The State of Qatar took part in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, hosted in Gdansk, with high-level participation from numerous governments, international financial institutions, development partners, and private sector representatives. The conference aimed to explore ways to support recovery and reconstruction efforts in Ukraine, while strengthening international coordination to address the humanitarian and development impacts of the ongoing crisis.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari delegation at the conference was led by Fahad bin Hamad Al-Sulaiti, Director General of Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD). This participation underscores Qatar's dedication to supporting international efforts that promote stability and development, as well as its commitment to aiding communities affected by crises through effective and sustainable development partnerships.

The conference included extensive discussions on reconstruction and recovery priorities.
